I am a dietitian by profession with 15y of experience in clinical and research settings aimed at using new innovations to improve healthcare for older people and those with musculoskeletal problems. Much of my research is based around lifestyle interventions (diet and exercise) and the need to not overburden the participant, but at the same time,  achieve long-term sustainable health benefits for older adults.
