We have carried out a scoping review to help informing our programme of work.
Some key findings:
- All of the 64 priority setting initiatives took place in high income countries. Most of which were carried out in the USA, UK and Canada.
- Only ~ 50% of initiatives actually involved older adults.
- Reporting of research priority-setting processes was found to be lacking in critical areas.
